3. beautiful day here and all week long

I'm preparing for a visitor this weekend so I'm very busy!

However, this morning I had time to prep food for the visit and also have a honeycrisp apple and a couple slices of Cheddar.

6. MissMillie, what do you use for a meatloaf mix?

7. usually just beef and pork

I also sweat finely diced veg/aromatics/dried herbs in a skillet w/ some olive oil (and then let them cool) and add them to the meat, along w/ egg and bread crumbs.
