(32,828 posts)The package said 2 servings, but honestly it was more 3 bowls for me. B/C it was commercial and needed a small boost, I added 2 squirts of lime and green onion tops. Decafe cold tea.

(1,451 posts)Or, soup beans as we call them in Kentucky! We rented a cottage on the lake last week and the owner, who has a beautiful garden, gifted us with a mixed bag of peppers-hot and mild. I roasted them today with garlic and olive oil. Added to the beans (they have a nice kick), Ill make some corncakes with onion. So happy fall is closing in on us 🤗

NY Strip - pan seared
Baked Russet Potato
Yellow summer squash - steamed and lightly seasoned
Salad with some of the last tomatoes and other goodies like broccoli. The dressing was some sort of mustard and honey but it was 10 calories per 2 tbs serving. It was definitely OK and had a nice tang. It may become a regular.
FLFC had some trimmings from our steaks, but ate little. There are times when he eats very little.
