I'm going to fix air fryer peppers and onions and serve them over scrambled eggs with herbs (marjoram, basil). Toasted chocolate chip waffle to go with it.

I hear there's coffee, tea, muffins and fruit in the sitting room (of the bayside inn I'm visiting. Just 'shot' 'sea'gulls!!!)
