4 Ingredient 'Stove Top Stuffing' Meatloaf

(My niece recently sent this to me and I like it. I use the cornbread 'Stove Top Stuffing' but you can use any flavor)

4 Ingredient 'Stove Top Stuffing' Meatloaf (I count 5)

Ingredients
1 box Stove Top Stuffing 6 oz Box (any flavor)
1 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup ketchup (or more if you'd like)
1/2 cup water (or a little more if your beef is super lean)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bread loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients,
setting aside half of the ketchup for later.

Now fill the pan with your mixture.

Top it with the remaining ketchup and spread it evenly over the top.
You can also use BBQ sauce, chili sauce or a combination of sauces for the topping, as you prefer.

Bake for 45-60 minutes.

And add it to my meatloaf mix. It does give a nice boost to the flavor.

I tend to add onion & celery... Also, maybe half the time, I substitute a cream soup instead of ketchup or other tomato based additive (I only use a 1/4 cup of water). Cream of mushroom or asparagus are favorites in my house but any cream soup you like can work.
