Salad Nicoise
I'm using a fresh piece of swordfish, which is marinating in olive oil, thyme, garlic, salt & pepper now. I will grill it shortly.
The other ingredients are green beans, tomato, black olives, anchovy, and hard-cooked eggs. Also new potatoes.
Served over a mixture of romaine and Boston lettuce. Along with it, I'll have a cornbread mini-loaf that I baked yesterday. They have Cheddar cheese and green pepper bits in them.
Dessert: chocolate cake and decaf coffee.

Scallions is good for something I read the other day. Can't recall what.
This DU Restaurant is appetizing some nights!

We'll definitely try that.
I'm making blue cheese burgers with the cheese on the inside of the meat. They'll be served on toasted Kaiser rolls. Served with a mixed green salad and home fries. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
ETA: The home fries have become hash brown and the salad became lettuce, a thick slice of a beefsteak tomato and a slice of red onion.
