memorial day weekend, i believe sunday, i made hard boiled eggs. i forgot about them. i read one website that said 7 days. i read another that said 2-3 weeks. what do you say?

(53,661 posts)2. They should be fine, but they won't look as good. Just make some deviled eggs or potato salad,
Or whatever you like them in and eat them quickly. I think you'll be okay.
I used to hard boil eggs and then eat one a day for a week or so for protein, but the outer part of the yolk tends to turn gray. Not a real problem, just unattractive.
