What's for Dinner, Tues., Jan. 25, 2022

I'm dressing up a couple slices of cauliflower cheese pie tonight because I don't have time to cook. Probably will just add some mozzarella cheese to it, but it will be delicious.

That and a tossed green salad.

I was able to pick up some chocolate, so I'll have that for dessert with an orange.
