What's for breakfast? Saturday, 5/7/22

breakfast rice w/ a cheesy egg
coffee


Yeah, carbs... but I had already cooked the rice, so I wanted to use it. They'll show up in dinner tonight too.


It's not that I plan to give up carbs completely, but we will be cutting WAY back.
