I bought a pound of dried mixed mushrooms during the lockdown: they seem expensive, but they last forever (nearly) and a small handful goes a long way. I soak a fraction of an ounce to use in sauces, etc.

The recipe in the video looks delicious, but I'd be the only one eating it. Well, come to think of it, that's not so bad!
