What's for Dinner, Thurs., Sept. 1, 2022

Cold salmon. I made dill-mayo-sour cream sauce to go with it. Tossed green salad with cucumbers and scallions. Used the fresh dill and cucumbers from my garden.

Iced hibiscus tea.

For dessert: I'm baking a birthday present of an almond flour cake for someone special, so I'll make an extra cake for me.

I had another EGD yesterday and a root canal today, so my throat and my mouth are pretty messed up. I'm going to console myself with some takeout. Loaded baked potato soup and some rocky road ice cream for dessert.

TJ made a giant lasagna with beef beef and tomato sauce.

I'm not sure of the ingredients in the lasagna. I think there was cottage and mozzarella cheeses as well as bell pepper and onion.

Garlic bread too.
