All from the freezer: battered fish filets, breaded butterfly shrimp, hush puppies, sweet potato fries and peas.

the stuffing is: smoked ham, rice, green peppers, carrots (cut very small), onions, cherry tomato (also cut up small), garlic, parsley and thyme. Melted mozzarella on top.

buttered egg noodles w/ grated Parmesan.

No dessert planned.


Dad had a fish sandwich w/ fries.

so something that doesn’t heat up the kitchen too much. Probably zap the chhana dal I made and froze spme time ago
