(38,553 posts)the stuffing is: smoked ham, rice, green peppers, carrots (cut very small), onions, cherry tomato (also cut up small), garlic, parsley and thyme. Melted mozzarella on top.
buttered egg noodles w/ grated Parmesan.
No dessert planned.
Dad had a fish sandwich w/ fries.
