What's for Dinner, Thurs., Sept. 8, 2022

Mushroom ravioli. I made a simple onion-butter-olive oil with sage "sauce." Cooked pork sausages to toss in. Having put them in the slow cooker, they will be very tender.

Almond cake from WF. Cold decaf to go with.

I might have a salad later tonight. I'm making a big one to have over the weekend. I have lots of different types of greens to go in it: homegrown arugula, turnip greens, beet greens, iceburg, green ruffly lettuce, and red tipped lettuce.

Breaded crispy chicken strips from frozen
fresh corn on the cob with butter
whole wheat bread
black grapes

I'll eat healthier tomorrow (maybe)

From the freezer: battered fish filets, breaded butterfly shrimp, hush puppies and sweet potato fries. Malt vinegar and cocktail sauce (just ketchup with horseradish.)

I ate a bowl of cereal around lunch time, after the couple of bites of canned mango . Still not hungry. Maybe something later.

So Al's getting tacos.

I cooked for (and ate w/ Dad): grilled pork tenderloin and onions, rice pilaf, broccoli.
