What's for Dinner, Tues., Sept. 13, 2022

Cold meatloaf sandwich with red onion, mayo, lettuce, tomato.

Veggie fries cooked in the air fryer.

Cucumbers in sour cream.

Dessert: Chopped up cantalope and vanilla nut decaf, iced. Chocolate-covered swizzle sticks that I bought the other day at Trader Joe's.

Kombucha will be blueberry basil.

Drizzled with sesame oil, soy sauce and a little sriracha, brown sugar sprinkled on top, baked in a dish with butter.
Mashed potatoes and grape tomatoes from Mom’s garden on the side.

Chocolate-chocolate chip brownie for dessert with a cup of coffee. Hadn’t any caffeine yet today and needed it to kill the withdrawal headache. Hopefully it won’t keep me up too late.

I'm not feeling well with a fever, nauseas and fatigue.

Have I finally caught Covid? I'll test later.

See ya later.
