Stir fry pork with vegetables and noodles. I'm using brown garlic sauce. The veggies are scallion, carrot, broccoli, and zucchini.

Cranberry pomegranate kombucha.

Dessert: Rocky Road Haagen Daz.

in the bun were a couple of pieces of what looked like orange peppers, some kind of creamy sauce smeared on the sandwich.
There was arugula stuck in there, I ate some of it (carefully, recently had food poisoning from somewhere/something).
Bon appetit, to all with better choices! (skipped desert tonight)

Market Day Specials, with mushrooms and onions sauteed together, on top of turkey, topped with Swiss cheese and broiled. All on sourdough bread. Steamed asparagus and some sliced tomatoes to go with.

When my now-husband and I were first living together we were in grad school at the University of Cincinnati. Pretty much every weekend we would shop at Findlay Market, a year round farmers market, where we'd buy the ingredients for these sandwiches.

Now to watch the U of Iowa Hot Guys (Hawkeyes) lose, er I mean play.

stopped at the grocery store on my way home from my library gig and got a rotisserie chicken (which means left over chicken for the next few days) and a couple of artichokes. Had those with a side of fingerling potatoes boiled in brine.
