2. Low key

Got home late last night from 2 weeks in Ireland and Scotland. Time zone adjustment underway. Easy dinner with homemade red lentil soup, biscuits and butter, sliced Honey Crisp apple and ginger snaps for desert.

4. Two weeks in Ireland and Scotland. Vacation or business?

Hope you didn't try to outdrink a Scott. I know from experience that they can drink beer. (Long Story)

5. I have some peppers going downhill, so

Italian sausages with peppers and onions

Marinated tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions with homemade marinade (of course)

Red wine to drink.

6. Last nights brisket with noodles and blueberry muffins.

7. Hot & Sour soup, egg rolls and decafe tea

8. Steak

Pan-fried Porterhouse with garlic and onions with salt and pepper. Guacamole with toast. Spinach salad with red onion, cherry tomatoes with a Balsamic vinaigrette. Buttered blueberry muffin for dessert.

The Manasquan River is lovely tonight.

9. Making a low carb baugette pizza

With pesto,white sauce pepperoni,mushrooms and fresh mozzarella topped with red pepper flakes,parmesan,romano and asiago shake cheese and italian spices and a bit of roasted garlic.
I also some made some with red sauce too.

Washing it down with lightly stevia sweetened ice tea with an orange slice on the glass.
