(32,079 posts)Maybe some pasta, too, although I just might low-carb this meal. Another dinner deal here. I had a couple of $2 off coupons for this particular brand that I got in an e-mail right before I went shopping. When I got to the store, they were B1G1@$3.99. Needless to say, I used up both coupons, as they freeze quite nicely. My only regret is that I didn't grill a couple of them along with last night's dinner, like I did the peppers. I could have just reheated them.

(12,253 posts)Plus corn on the cob. Lots of lovely leaf lettuce and juicy local tomatoes to cover the burgers. Quick, easy, and smile inducing.

I don't cook a lot anymore unless the kids/grand kids are visiting, but this morning I made pancakes for breakfast then put together the chicken dish for dinner. Whew, that will probably be the extent of my cooking for the week.....

(9,791 posts)I made sausage and waffles for brunch. By suppertime I was ready for somebody else to do the cooking. We had paninis from a newly opened local place. They were tasty but the bread they used was too thick for the the amount of filling in them.
