What's for Dinner, Tues., May 30, 2023

Appetizer: cantalope wrapped in prosciutto.

Big, huge, monstrous salad the size of the Queen Victoria using up as many salad greens as I can because it's going to reach 90 in NY area this weekend and that will ruin my salad crop.

Avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, yellow peppers, and home-grown celery in the salad. I intend to saute' chicken breast, cut in cubes, in toasted sesame oil.

For dessert, the strawberry shortcake I made for Memorial Day was so good that I am going to make some more, but maybe with another type of berry.

Earl Grey tea.
