1. I finally decided what I'm having

A big chef salad for me with blue cheese.
And some fruit.

I have two more enchiladas (large), some fruit salad, one turkey burger and some leftover lettuce/tomato.

And we may have been invited to a party (it might be tomorrow, not sure yet).

10. It's been hot here but the water is cooling precipitously.

It never stays warm long enough. If I didn't look like a seal in a wet suit, I would start wearing one.

6. Veggie Burgers, Fries and Cole Slaw

All of the wood is layed and nailed. Dinner will be quick and I'm exhausted.

15. Bruschetta.

I don't feel like a lot but the taste buds have wanted it all week so I decided tonight was it. With a nice Cabernet Sauvignon. Double yum!

On edit: Bruschetta salsa made with tomatoes, basil, garlic (lightly sauteed), balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Salmon filets with wild plum-wine coulis

Savory corn fritters with chives

Bartlett pear, bleu cheese, toasted hazelnut salad with baby greens and simple vinaigrette.

For dessert, a summer pudding of wild blackberries that I picked.
