Kidding. It's like my wife's grandma. You just dug your fork into the breakfast eggs and she asking what you want for lunch.

I'm thinking it will be Italian across from where I work. Doing another midnight at work tomorrow/today.

I always feel we need to lighten up after eating red meat. I'm going to roast some butternut squash and probably have some spinach as a side.

Tilapia, gently sauteed in olive oil on a whole wheat ciabatta roll dressed with horseradish mayo, and a chiffonade of romaine leaves tossed with paper thin sliced red onion. Pretty good!

In a white wine sauce with garlic, shallots and fennel. And frites on the side and French bread and Brie all warm and melted. Was yummy.

I was scared to try cooking mussels, afraid they'd die and go bad on me, but everything went fine and my DH said it was a delicious meal. Woo hoo! Guess this wont be the last time I cook mussels.
