(146,218 posts)I am going to brown mine quickly and thoroughly on the stove top, then put the skillet in the stove to finish the cooking.
That's because I love crisp chicken skin.

(272 posts)Then in bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper and bake. The skin isn't crisp (I love crisp skin too), but the crunchy coating makes a nice change of pace.
