I've got a little over a pound of London Broil left from dinner last night, and it's a rainy, grey day. Perfect for soup and baking

The cheeseburger's going to get a sliced red onion top for the broil, mixed greens are going to include salad veggies that need to go into a dish. It's rummage through the fridge day.

I am going to brown mine quickly and thoroughly on the stove top, then put the skillet in the stove to finish the cooking.

That's because I love crisp chicken skin.

Then in bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper and bake. The skin isn't crisp (I love crisp skin too), but the crunchy coating makes a nice change of pace.
