Homemade Mc Griddles (ala Hilah Cooking)

First off - Hilah is sooooo funny, but If you have a problem with occasional profanity - don't watch!!
But she seems really sweet - and is great to watch - for both beginning cooks and those of us who have more experience.

Video and recipe at link.
If you have Roku, you can watch her on your tele via Blip (her most current videos - found in the Food section) and her own Hilah Cooking channel. ?

We have made our homemade version - just adding maple syrup - but I like her recipe better, making maple chips to add to the center of the pancakes.

That recipe sounds delish.

I had to laugh, near the end her mispronouncing "wha-la" as viOla. She's adorable.

Thanks for posting it!
