I'm supposed to be able to get back on the boat tonight, which is good. But is apparently a big, freaking mess, which is bad.

I really want to use my new stove, but I have a feeling I am going to have to get some take out of some sort.

Don't know what I'm in the mood for - maybe a rotisserie chicken or a big deli sandwich?

Tomorrow is going to be one hell of a clean up day and I've invited friends to come over for quesadillas.

I can't wait until my life gets back to normal.

With the kids having their normal sides. But for me some sauteed napa cabbage with soy, green onions, mushrooms, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

nothing else mattered. The corn came from Kroger's -- don't know where it was grown but it is so good we've had it twice already this week. Probably from Colorado or California.
