Dear Emoress of All,

Thank you so much for the suggestion that I bake bread and such with all my excess zuchinni. Found a number of recipies and now have a dozen loaves residing in my freezer as well as gifts to family and friends.

That's good bread! And muffins and cookies and . . . .

Now just don't forget them and leave them at the bottom of your freezer for years-which is what I do..... I always think in Holidays so if you bake them now try to get rid of them by Halloween but shoot for Labor Day....
