I baked the chicken the other night and can just warm it up.

Would love rice, but I don't want the burner on that long, so maybe just tortillas to scoop things up in.

Enjoy your pizza.

4. Rosemary beef stew made with the last of last summer's garden parsnips.

God, I love parsnips! They stay in the ground all winter and keep growing. A large PITA to dig up when the ground is frozen solid, but a delightful treat when there's a thaw. The longer they're in the winter ground, the sweeter they get. I'll be planting the next batch in just a couple weeks.

Made the stew last night, after last night's dinner because I never feel like cooking after work on Monday nights. It's SO sweet and savory between the parsnips and the rosemary!

I'm craving the cheap sushi from the joint down the block. Mostly cucumber and california rolls but maybe a spicy tuna thrown in for good measure..oooooh and some gyoza and cold sesame noodle salad I had a bad accident and fell in my home a week ago and haven't recovered enough yet to feel steady enough to go out....No pain meds for two days now so I can have wine tonight! Cheap sushi and wine! Surgery to replace the knee is at the end of the month so my cooking is a bit limited to stuff I can make sitting on a stool.

Tried the Zatarain jambalaya mix and it worked pretty good. Added some chicken, shrimp and Andouille sausage.

Be careful though, it's sneaky, I'm still sniffing.
