I'm making zucchini-corn fritters.

Rainy day here. If it continues, soup might be good.

The big store I went to yesterday had fried chicken and it looks rarely good.

Roasted rotisserie chickens are widely available, but fried hard to come by.

Corn on the cob is really bad here, but I sure wish I had some of the good stuff.

chicken meat, broccoli, a light curry-bechamel sauce, some mayo and a squeeze of lemon juice, all baked under cheddar cheese.

Salad: grapefruit, orange, bibb lettuce, with a light vinaigrette and some toasted walnuts.

spaghetti with chicken livers?

Mmmm!!

I had it at the Spaghetti Warehouse in Omaha, NE a long time ago (don't even know if they're still in business). So good.

OK, I bought a pork roast and am serving it with a sauce that the RG made.

The corn-zucchini pancakes are coming along. I should have them done by 10 p.m., LOL.

I'm afraid if I don't have a hot dog the Rockies might not be able to keep up their incredible winning streak. Go CarGo, Tulo, Arenado et al!
