I now know WHY Peter Piper picked that peck of pickled peppers

Those things are freakin awesome!

Our local grocer has a snazzy new salad bar for the tourists and they started stocking pickled peppers. They are small round peppers...green, orange, yellow and red. And crazy addictive. I have them with everything now. I really need to find a great duplicate recipe because they are also crazy expensive!

Anyone have a great pickled pepper recipe?

My husband grew those one year and pickled them. They stay much more crunchier than other pickles. Sorry, I don't have a pickling recipe.
