A nice small plate sweet dish - Figs, apricots, toasted sesame seeds, honey, mint. Yogurt side.

I really like this one. Hits all the bases - savory, fruity, some crunch, sweet and fragrant. Yogurt side adds a good tang.

And, it's simple. A big plus for me.

I would add prosciutto to that. cbayer Jul 2014 #1
I'd love more details - like is the honey drizzled over, left to the side as a dip? hedgehog Jul 2014 #2

This is my kind of plate - a little of this and a little of that.

I've seen plates like this all individually set out - so you can mix and match. I like that style the best. Cbayer's idea of prosciutto is a good one. And there's a bunch of stuff that can make a good small plate dish or a meal, for that matter. Smoked salmon on garlic rounds, a variety of cheese and crackers, hard boiled eggs stuffed with dijon mustard, roasted asparagus chilled with an Asian dip, Romaine "spoons" with a dollop of curried quinoa, etc. etc.

Finger food for the most part.
