What's for Dinner, Fri., Mar. 6, 2015

The RG, after being unable to land at LaGuardia yesterday because of the Delta plane going off the runway, had to return to Toronto. His plane was supposed to land only a short time after that. He is booked for a flight this afternoon, though, so he's taking me to the Portuguese restaurant tonight. I plan on having garlic shrimp and sangria ! Excited about this, and we will have a lot of catch up on!

I still have some uncooked ground beef to finish off, so "torpedoes" it is tonight. I think they are also called "dynamites" in other parts of Rhode Island, but we always called them torpedoes (named for the roll used).
