'Noodles & Co', or somesuch, a sort of chain along the lines of Chipotle or Applebees. It's what they used for their 'Japanese Pan Noodles', which was so good I immediately went out and hunted down what those noodles were, and hit our local international food store to find some. The best I could find there were 'Chikara Brand Jumbo Udon' noodles. Two thumbs up in a stir fry.
