Does this bread look good to you? Out of the oven and into my family's mouths.

It's black olive, roasted red peppers, wheat bread with some whole wheat and a bit of added gluten.
It seems to be a hit around here.

3. It was a bit self serving of course to post the picture. But

I was wondering if anyone would ask me how I put it together.
The idea came to me when a friend bought a baguette, went to the salad bar in that store and bought red roasted peppers and black olives. Then she brought it all along with some brie cheese.
I wanted to skip the brie (which I love of course, but I have to watch my waistline) and have the rest all at once with just a little butter.
