What's for Dinner, Fri., Oct. 16, 2015

Starting off with clams casino and red wine.

Then some cole slaw and a BLT.

I wish I had some soup, though. It's cold out! But maybe I can make chicken soup tonight and have it this weekend, as it is going to be on the cool side for the next few days.

I made a turkey noodle soup today. I saw a couple of drumsticks at the market, and snagged them as an impulse buy.

BTW: I totally forgot to buy eggs, which was why I went there in the first place!

Maybe tomorrow...

I REALLY need to start getting into making this year's jelly and extracts, if only to make freezer space, because the housemate will be wanting it to start her holiday baking and storage. I've been getting some paid contract work of late, though, and figured money coming in is more important, even if it doesn't get near to breaking me out above the poverty line.
