1. Chuck roast - by accident

Last night I was searching through the freezer to see what belongs on the grocery list, pulling stuff out and moving stuff around (rotating stock). Well, I woke up this morning with a small chuck roast on top of the fridge, fully defrosted.

Sooo... it's oven pot roast day! Potatoes, carrots, turnips, the usual suspects.

(Dang - I was saving that roast for my next chili, too...)

Organic Sloppy Joe mix, 100% all natural meat, ciabatta cheddar-jalapeno buns. Julie's organic blackberry ice cream for dessert.

Unusual, because I like just about everything the RG makes.

After one taste, I had a small bowl, and decided I wasn't going to have any more.

I had some breaded turkey tenderloin nuggets that I'd not yet cooked, so that's what's on the range now. I have some good sauces to go with.
