What's for Dinner, Fri., Jan 15, 2016

The most incredible salad: pomegranate seeds, toasted walnuts, sliced pear, feta cheese, and spinach. The dressing is vinaigrette, but citrus based, using 1/2 lime juice.

Chicken with melted cheese and Poblano pepper.

1. Chili with rice, using the orca beans I cooked last night and light brown basmati rice.

with a spicy BBQ sauce. I made two salads this morning: a classic macaroni and a 3-bean. So, I'll dip into those tonight.

but had a driving rain storm come through - so got home and
said .. lets stay home and have pizza.
OK by me …

Hey she is married to me for 22 years .. that qualifies as long suffering for her.

big pan and put it in the oven. I made soup and potatoes too. I was told I need to do this more.

They loved it. The soup was broccoli and cheese, but I put as much kale in it to make it good.
