2. I Love King Arthur

I have bought all of my flour (and many other ingredients) from King Arthur for years. They are an employee owned company.
I am a lifelong baker. We rarely bought any bread products from the store. About 4 years ago, I had to go gluten free. Horrendous news for a baker since gluten free bread is, at best, tolerable. Thankfully, KA is on the case and is developing some really good recipes and flour blends. I saw that the winner of this contest could choose whether they wanted gf or regular floor. Cool.

3. I was thrilled when health food stores here in NM started to carry it

The price was horrendous but the flour is so much nicer to bake with that I paid it.

Then I developed a wheat allergy. I should probably bulk order their wheat free flours. I miss the smell of bread in here every week.

5. I didn't know that about King Arthur, employee owned.

I pay extra for it and love the results. Now I can feel good about paying extra for the best of reasons.
