Braised Lamb With Egg and Lemon is one of the most "popular recipes" now. LOL.

But, love the sound of the roasted yams !

Maybe others are like me - tired of spending time and money on recipes that sound great - only to be disappointed?

Think the best option is to go with - is it Gourmet magazine's column where people have said they visited a restaurant that had the most fabulous item and the mag gives the recipe.
