Here's a Saturday treat: 2 recipes for onion soup with videos.

I love and have great respect for Julia.

I recently discovered him on you tube.
His channel is CookinginRussia.
Interesting guy and a great chef IMHO.

Just saw Jacque Pepin's show, with a friend of his with whom he's cooked for many years. Was fun watching their interplay, almost as good as Jacque and Julia!

My brother visited last year, first time he'd been to my home here, and in a pique of creativity, he took out my 'Mastering the Art . . .' and made Julia's onion soup. Made quite a mess of my (OLD) kitchen, but was fun to watch and then to eat!
