What's for Dinner, Sat., June 11, 2016

My girlfriend and I are going out for either Japanese or to a bar & grill. Haven't seen each other in a while, so lots of conversational catch-up to do. If it's Japanese, we always order the Bento box. If it's the bar & grill, it's prol'ly chicken wings.

I found a ~ 1 lb of chuck roast in the back of the freezer, so I cubed it up and it is simmering now. Got some plain tortilla chips for dunkin'.

Cantalope to cool the engines...

(except sushi!) Have fun.

Fresh veg casserole: summer squash, corn off the cob, green and red peppers, green beans, tomatoes, kale, in a cheese sauce. Grilled braut on top.
