What's for Dinner, Mon., June 13, 2016

Beef-vegetable soup.

Fennel salad with arugula, apple, and citrus dressing.

Dessert: cantalope, grapes, and toasted almonds.

in a hogie roll. I grilled up red bells this morning over coffee. (TV sucked and it was a cool morning.) I'll do the mushrooms and onions when I do the sausage.

More cantalope to finish it off. My second favorite orange-colored fruit, the first being ... well... orange.

Prosciutto, salami, green pepper and onion with Parmigiano-Reggiano on homemade sourdough crust. I might even crack open a Zinfandel or Rhone-style blend to drink with it.
