still doing low carb … but tonite is "cheat meal" so we have pasta
it was really really good … have gone from 235 to 210 in just over 3 weeks …

4. Thai cashew chicken

I'm not sure what made it Thai particularly. It ended up being a lot like the stir fry I made last Saturday, but with cashews on top. Pretty good, the four of us devoured a big skillet full. Dessert was blueberry muffin cake, but my second dessert is a mojito made with mint that I got at the Farmers Market this morning.

I wanted cold items, so I steamed some shrimp, (let them cool), made a cocktail sauce, and made a salad.

Great minds....
