(1,706 posts)I'm not sure what made it Thai particularly. It ended up being a lot like the stir fry I made last Saturday, but with cashews on top. Pretty good, the four of us devoured a big skillet full. Dessert was blueberry muffin cake, but my second dessert is a mojito made with mint that I got at the Farmers Market this morning.
