a story: Reminds me of my future husband, waking with the idea to smoke some of the blue fish we'd caught in the Chesapeake Bay (in the '80s some time.) We lived in my apartment in SW DC, with a balcony and a Baby Weber, so we/he DID it, and we liked it a lot! AND neighbors didn't complain! (We didn't make pate, just 'straight' smoked blue fish!)
