What's for Dinner, Thurs., Sept. 22, 2016

Sammiches! The RG brought me all these beautiful Italian cold cuts: Genoa salami, sopressata, chorizo, capocolla. Normally we don't have bread, but he didn't want to do these as a salad, so I'm making an exception. We will also put provolone, tomato, red onion, and lettuce on the sandwich, too.

Plus he brought me this nice slicer to cut them with.

And a slicer, too!! Pick me up at the airport, I'm on my way Cher ....

As for me, I'm still eating the fridge of all perishables that won't survive 8 days. So, another (large) salad. And a frozen pizza with added veggies. Tomorrow will probably be take-out of some kind, as I've eaten all the leftovers.

some of those wares, esp. the Genoa salami. Happy eating, Cher and RG. Hoist a sandwich for those of us in the C & B group. I'll raise a glass of IPA to you!
