sriracha aioli



(1.) Whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, and salt. Cover and refrigerate to let the flavors meld (even better if you can make this the night before!)

(2.) Serve drizzled over seafood, meats, stir fry, burgers, or as a dipping sauce for fries, veggies -- the sky's the limit!

use the sauce from canned chipotles en adobo. I prefer it in sour cream to mayo, but that's an individual taste. Since I like it hot, I usually mince one of the chipotles and add it.

Hot stuff, Sriracha being one of the best, always makes things better.

that chipotle sauce is out of this world. I even do it with sour cream, too!
