What's for Dinner, Sat., Jan. 14, 2017

Snowy day here in the northeast. My girlfriend is coming over for dinner tonight. I haven’t decided yet what it’s going to be, but I have both of these ready:

a) shredded pork in hoisin sauce

b) spaghetti and meatballs in tomato sauce

Maybe a spinach-mushroom salad.

For dessert, peach sorbet.

Wine for her, sparkling water for me.
