What's for Dinner, Wed., April 12, 2017

Pork cutlets in sauce. Vegetables, which were roasted with the pork, which are carrots and potatoes.

Watercress salad with chopped apple and toasted almonds.

Dessert is Enlightened ice cream which is cherry with chocolate mint.

steamed broccoli, cucumber and tomato salad. All this will happen while trying to keep from tripping over our new puppy.

On garlic texas toast, swiss& provolone, deli turkey ham, slice of green apple on one side of the cut sandwich and chips. Dang it Packman, grilled cheese was too tempting.

I'm just getting around to dinner as I'm on a different schedule than you good folk.

Sliced sweet potato with Andouille sausage slices on top baking in the oven.
I'll make some salad too.
