What's for Dinner, Mon., May 1, 2017

Curried Cashew, Pear, and Grape Salad. It also has bacon and rosemary in it. I'll use greens from my garden.

Pasta from two nights ago, which was the carbonara recipe the RG made.

Maybe a glass of riesling.

Dessert will be an ice cream sandwich.

I get home a little late because of work, so it's nothing too complex.

Ham, sweet potatoes, blackeyed peas, and if I have time, maybe some squash fritters (frozen squash from last year's garden). Oh, and sugarless chocolate icecream for desert! I'll make the usual chicken and veges for the dogs, and eggs from our chickens.

A low energy evening here.

Leftovers for dinner, so far I've had:

Slice of ham, roll, baked sweet potato, and a mug of decaf green tea.
A chocolate candy stolen from TJ's stash.
