Bronzino, cooked in fata cooking film (professional cooking foil). It has all kinds of vegetables plus shrimp and clams. Heres a pic of how it looks, ready to go in the oven tonight:There are two packages like this, one for each of us.

(35,619 posts)make a very tasty broth. In fact, I think that's the idea of the fata, as it seals all the flavors into that one package. Then when you open it, this wonderful steam comes off it.
It's really pretty simple, I think, to put one of these together if you know what herbs go with what vegetables and fish.
The fata itself is interesting. It looks like plastic! But it's made out of corn oil, I think.

(17,420 posts)As Galileo126 put it, I'm fridge foraging.
Corned beef (deli slices) on a sourdough roll with spicy brown mustard
Potato salad ready made from the store - it's ok but not great - some of that mustard will make it better.
When I'm done with that I'll probably forage some more. I think there are some berries and cherries in the fridge. If there is more fruit I'm thinking a simple fruit salad.
For afterwards it will be a flavored tea and cookies.
