Pretty much a little bit of everything from the sea in a red sauce. This time I added diced zucchini to the works.

I'm still fiddling with the recipe proportions and it's very good tonight.

Andouille sausage, chicken, and shrimp for the meats.

This time I tried sauteing the garlic, bell pepper, onion, and celery with some of the seasonings. They softened and turned golden. Such a great aroma.

We ate too much and we still have 4 quarts left.

The rice vinegar sesame oil sugar red pepper flakes need at least an hour to meld. The temp had dropped at least 30 degrees from the thunder storms and it was a bit cool when it was time to make dinner. I made jasmine rice, gently warmed the tuna& dressing then poured it over the rice. If I had sesame seeds or minced peanuts to sprinkle on top, I would add it. A nice discovery.

I was very happy to try this experiment. I did a bit of post dinner googling and found several tuna/shark steaks or shrimp with an asian style marinade/grill recipe s. Until today I had only had tuna salad w/ a mayo base. Happy tummy
