What's for Dinner, Tues., May 23, 2017

I'm going to make eggrolls again, only this time I'm adding leftover pork roast. So it will be the sliced pork, cabbage, scallions, carrots, bean sprouts, and mushrooms in the eggroll wrapper.

Dessert: chopped cantalope and red grapes.

are those kettle chips. Yum. The bbq and the salt 'n pepper are my faves.
They also have a sweet chili sauce one that's good, too.

I got news for you. After thinking about those chips, I decided to get some. The store had a special: 3/6.00. So I bought one of each of the three types I mentioned. Crunch crunch.

Finishing off that batch of Jambalaya, nice on a cool rainy day.
I think TJ stole all the shrimp, not a one in my serving.

Some fruit, then cookies and spice tea after.

7. Oyster chicken wings

It's a sauce of 6 parts oyster sauce, 1 part honey, 1 part crushed garlic and 1 part soy sauce, cooked to blend. I just toss the wings in this after they are deep fried.

Also, a pork and veggie fried rice.
