Crab cake with horseradish-sriracha remoulade

Cold, chopped asparagus, maybe drizzled with a little olive oil

Chicken in sauce with rice

Matcha white chocolate square with green tea filling (new find at Trader Joe's)

1. Fiesta chicken.

2. Hot dogs, burgers and grilled chicken breast sandwiches

3. Taco salad and watermelon.

4. Bean Soup

I pulled a ham end and ham stock I made out of the freezer and started a pot of mixed beans. All the usual vegetables (carrot, celery, and onion) plus bell pepper. It's heavy on the veggies his time.

I'm going to toast some bread with herbs and garlic butter. We have part of a mini loaf of sourdough bread that will work well for this. I'm not sure what to call those small loafs that are often used to make appetizers.

Some fruit after.

Then some tea and cookies later on.

5. Family birthday dinner for 10 year old great nephew. Panko crusted oven baked chicken.

Mac & cheese. Roasted asparagus. Green beans. Tomato/cucumber salad. Oranges & pineapple. Hershey's Perfectly Chocolate Cake.
