What's for Dinner, Tues., June 13, 2017

Steak (grilled) with potatoes cooked in horseradish and cream sauce (also butter). Tossed salad from the garden, which is made up of red oak leaf lettuce, arugula, and spinach. I mixed in coriander flowers, too. Scallions, cherry heirloom tomatoes in all kinds of colors--gold, red/brown, and red--and Persian cucumber.

For dessert, Meyer lemon thins, a cookie from TJ's. Served with lemon balm tea, another item from my garden.

with hummus and tabbouleh.

I'm stoked that I actually found bulgur wheat, but - of course - I found it at my local Winco in the bulk section. Should have went there first.
